Rates 

      Mary's session fees:

      50 minutes, $180 for individuals and couples​

       Marley's session fees: 

       50 minutes, $140 for individuals and $150 for couples. 

      ​

     Holly's session fees:

     50 minutes, $125 for individuals and $135 for couples

Payment 
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment~ I DO accept HSA/FSA cards

Checks are made out to 'Mary Vice, LMFT' ~ including Marley's fees ~

Insurance

Currently, I do not take insurance (see below). I can provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.   

 

There are advantages of paying directly for therapy services, rather than through your insurance:

 

*There is no compromise of your confidentiality by sharing of information with your insurance company.  Your insurance records do not include information of your receiving mental health services.  

*There is no need for me to label you with a diagnosis to justify to your insurer that you are in need of services. 

*All decisions about the focus, frequency, and duration of therapy are made by you and me, not by the insurance company.  

I am happy to provide you with an invoice that you could submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement, if you would like.

Cancellation Policy 
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full fee for the session.
