Hi there! My name is Holly and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist working with Mary Vice. I graduated with my Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy Concentration, from California State University, East Bay.

I was drawn to the field of therapy because I am an adult child of divorce and experienced the struggles my parents went through in their own marriage, remarriages, and even within themselves. I knew I wanted to be a support for others as they navigate life’s challenges, reconnect with themselves and/or their partner, and create lasting change. I have experience working with couples and individuals dealing with relational issues, anxiety, and depression.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices. I work hard to provide a supportive, judgment-free space where you are invited to be your authentic self and explore your inner world. I primarily work from an Emotionally Focused Therapy and Attachment Theory perspective, but ultimately our work together is client-centered and I pull from other evidence-based modalities to suit your needs.

As a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), I have completed my Master’s Degree and am now acquiring my hours for full state licensure. I provide services under the supervision of Mary Vice, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 110258).
