“In my early professional years I was asking the question: How can I treat, or cure, or change this person? Now I would phrase the question in this way: How can I provide a relationship which this person may use for his own personal growth?”
― Carl R. Rogers

Welcome to my website and congratulations for taking the important step of looking for a therapist. If you're feeling like you are not living a genuine life that makes you proud, you've come to the right place.
I became a therapist as a second career because I was sleep-walking through my relationships, my experiences...through my own life. I lacked boundaries and a values-based roadmap for who I want to be. During my personal growth, I found my passion ~ helping others navigate their journeys and relationships. I welcome the opportunity to support you in finding and implementing the changes you seek. I truly believe in the quote above (by the amazing Carl Rogers).
