Welcome to my website and congratulations for taking the important step of looking for a therapist. If you're feeling like you are not living your authentic life, you've come to the right place. I became a therapist as a second career for just that reason; I was sleep-walking through my relationships, my experiences...through my own life! During my own personal growth, I found my calling of helping others navigate their own journeys and relationships. I welcome the opportunity to support you and facilitate the change you are seeking.
I encourage you to contact me today to get the help you need.
